Rudolph Rudy Ricks of Dorchester Street Franklin Virginia passed away on February 8 2026. On Sunday a public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 200 to 600 PM. The celebration of life will be Monday February 16 2026 at 1200 Noon Bryant Baptist Church 23375 Bryant Church Road Courtland Virginia with Apostle Patricia Brown delivering the message of hope Reverend James Hill is the pastor. The committal and benediction will follow in Pine Level Church Cemetery. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M. Johnson Sons Funeral Home Inc.

Franklin Everett Columbus Williams Jr. 89 passed away February 12 2026 in his home. Born and raised in Isle of Wight County he was a son of the late Everett Columbus Williams Sr. and Naomi Brock Williams. He was also predeceased by his wife Carolyn Griffin Williams and two sisters Pauline Williams Manson and Francis Williams Latimer. Everett was a graduate of Carrsville High School and VPI where he was a member of The Corps of Cadets. He was a Major in the US Air Force where he was a pilot. Everett was also a retired mechanical engineer for Ford Tractor Co. and after retirement he worked as a consultant for Blue Bird Bus Company in Macon GA. He was also a farmer and flying instructor. He was a member of BoykinsCourtland Masonic Lodge Hunterdale Ruritan Club Experimental Aviation Association EAA and had served on the SPSA Board. Everett was…
