87 of Neffs passed away Tuesday February 10 2026 at Heather Glen Senior Living Allentown. She was the wife of John F. Simock to whom she was married 67 years. Born in Slatington March 4 1938 Gloria was the daughter of the late Wilbur O. and Rachel A. Kern Diehl. A graduate of the Bethlehem Business School with a degree in business administration Gloria was the secretaryoffice manager of John F. Simock Inc. in Neffs for 35 years before retiring in 1999. She previously worked at the former Motors Insurance Corp. in Allentown for several years. Active in the life of her church Gloria was a member of Union United Church of Christ Neffs where she sang with the choir for 30 years was Sunday School pianist for 25 years and treasurer of the Helping Hands of the congregation.
