Born December 11th 1943 to Glen and Ann Schoditsch Fridenstine. He lived a life filled with love purpose and perseverance. A proud graduate of Firelands High School Class of 1961 Glen went on to earn his associate degree before beginning a long and dedicated career with Abex then Nordson Corporation as a field engineer. His work took him across the country installing powder coating systems but no matter where he traveled he was always happiest returning home. Glen is survived by his wife of 62 years Karen Hofmann. They loved each other deeply and were rarely apart building a life side by side for more than six decades. He was also a longtime member of Grace Lutheran Church in Oberlin where his faith and community meant a great deal to him. He leaves behind his children Glen Chip A.
