Larry Douglas Horne age 79 passed away on Monday February 9 2026. He was born on November 26 1946 in Edgecombe County NC to the late John Horne and Bertha Harris Horne. Larry was a member of Reid Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Ernestine Forbes Horne of the home one brother Bobby Horne of Yorktown VA one sister Regina Reid of Providence Forge VA and many other loving relatives and friends. A viewing will be held on Wednesday February 18 2026 from 1100 AM to 1200 PM at the Church. Funeral services will follow at 1200 PM at Reid Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Alvin Hyman officiating. Burial will take place at Crestlawn Memorial Cemetery.
