Gloria June Theil age 84 died on February 11 2026 at Capital Health Hospital in Hopewell NJ after an intense 46day health crisis. The family appreciates the unwavering support and care provided by the entire healthcare team to Gloria and to us. The nurses called Gloria an absolute warrior. Gloria was born on June 5 1941 in Rochester Pennsylvania to the late Oscar and Pina Louise Erb Burg. Gloria married the boy next door and enjoyed a wonderful life with her husband William for nearly 68 years. They raised a large and loving family having four children Steve Stephanie David Martijn Michael Sharon and Kimberly Mark Jiras. They have twelve grandchildren Kyle William Edmund Kory Kristina Tyler Cody Kasey Kaitlyn Blaze and Brock. She was preceded in death by a grandson Joseph. Anna S ContiSalvatore 94 of Hamilton NJ passed away peacefully at Serenity Hospice at RWJ Hospital and joined her Lord in Heaven on February 11 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Anna was born on January 2 1932 in New York City to Tony and Rosa Cicchelli Lettera.She moved with her family to Trenton. She attended the Cadillac Beauty School where she discovered her lifelong passion for helping people live their best lives through beauty. She opened the American Beauty Salon in North Trenton and the first Beauty Salon at the St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center where she believed that beauty is an essential part of healing. She attended Trenton State College and earned an associates degree in education which qualified her to become a Teacher of Vocational Education in Cosmetology at Mercer County Vocational School where she worked for 20 years. Robert L. Tackett

Robert L. Tackett 75 of Hamilton NJ passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Thursday February 12 2026. Born in Newark NJ he was raised in Hamilton NJ by his Aunt Stella Jacobsen and Uncle Jake Howard Jacobsen. He was a 1968 graduate of St. Anthonys High School and after graduating enlisted in the US Army Security Agency where he served honorably in Ethiopia and Vietnam. Upon returning home he enjoyed a 35year career with the New Jersey Department of Transportation Division of Highway Construction as a Senior Construction Engineer which was followed by 10 years as a Consulting Engineer for Aurora Consulting Inc. Daniel M. Markowski of Newtown Pennsylvania and formerly Lawrenceville New Jersey passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday November 26th 2025. Born in Trenton and raised in Lawrenceville Dan was a graduate of Notre Dame High School. He continued his education at Belmont Abbey College earning a degree in Political Science. While at Belmont Abbey Dan discovered what would become one of the great passions of his lifegolfafter joining the Golf Club. Following college Dan served as an intelligence agent in the Air National Guard. He continued to work alongside his father at the family business Alma Offset Printing Company where he led sales and marketing and ultimately retired as president after 50 years.
