Richard Spencer a loving caring and selfless person who could immediately connect with anyone he met. He was always there to listen and give advice to anyone who was willing to hear what he had to say. He loved to learn new things enjoy his hobbies and sharing those and his time with his son. He was an Army infantry veteran who inspired his son James Spencer to enlist in the New Hampshire Army National Guard. He struggled for many years with injuries and medical issues that seemed to never end. He held on and did everything for the most important thing that mattered to him throughout his life since he was born his only son. His legacy will be carried on by his son James Spencer as he continues his Army career as a noncommissioned officer. He will share the memories they created and know that his father was…
