Lisa Marie Obermeyer 65 of O Fallon MO passed away Wednesday February 11 2026 at her home. Lisa was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania on September 7 1960 the daughter of the late Robert Lee Della M. Comley Simmons. Lisa graduated from Goldfarb School of Nursing at BarnesJewish College. She worked as a registered nurse for many years. Mostly as a labor and delivery nurse at Missouri Baptist and an ER nurse at BarnesJewish Hospital. She finished out her career as a traveling nurse for the military in Texas. She is survived by two daughters Sarah Puchta husband Parker of Hermann Missouri and LeeAnn Obermeyer of OFallon Missouri and two grandsons Jasper Obermeyer and Tanner Puchta. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Robert Lee Simmons.
