Nathan Phillip Schexnaydre was born on December 3 1953 and passed away peacefully on February 10 2026 surrounded by his loving family. A lifelong resident of Convent Louisiana Nathan lived a life defined by hard work devotion and deep love for those closest to him. Nathan graduated from Ascension Catholic High School in 1971. He went on to build a strong work ethic through his years at Ormet Aluminum and cane farming eventually retiring after years of dedicated service. Providing for his family was one of his greatest priorities and he took immense pride in the life he built. He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years Brenda Schexnaydre. Together they built a family that was the center of his world. He is also survived by his four children Tina Young Brian Irene Allen Linsey Anthony and Hunter Schexnaydre Megan.
