The Scottsville KY native was a homemaker former inhome caregiver and member of Cedar Cross Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Harlan Lewis Gunnels and Alma Mae Spencer Gunnels. 2 brothers Tommy Gunnels and wife Brenda Scottsville KY and Tony Gunnels Bowling Green KY She was preceded in death by a son James Anthony Gunnels 2 sisters Wallace Houchens and infant Donna Kay Gunnels 2 brothers Steve Gunnels and Larry Wayne Gunnels. There will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The Scottsville KY native was a retired employee of the City of Scottsville former employee of General Electric former truck driver heavy equipment operator former member of Allen County Ambulance Service Allen County Jaycees Allen County Rescue Squad and Scottsville Fire Department. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Ella Shipley Sears maternal grandparents Elmer and Nintha Ponds and 1 sister Toni White. Funeral service will be 1100 A.M. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Holland and Bro. Roscoe Robey officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens.
