Kenneth Houston "Kenny" Facemyer age 88 passed away on February 6 2026 in DeLand Florida. Born on January 1 1938 in Pocatalico West Virginia Kenny began his life in the heart of Appalachia. His family moved to Mount Vernon Ohio when he was 7 years old. He pursued his high school education at Mount Vernon Academy which laid the foundation for a life marked by dedication and service. Throughout his career Kenny demonstrated a strong work ethic and commitment to every task he undertook. He applied his skills across several organizations including Loma Linda Foods City Laundry and as an owner of a HVAC company. In each role he was known for his hard work reliability and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed. Kenny was a devoted member of the Seventhday Adventist Hill Church in Mount Vernon Ohio.
