Karen A. French age 81 of Clear Lake WI passed away on Saturday February 7 2026 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul MN. Karen Ann French was born on December 2 1944 in Bremerton Washington the daughter of Kenneth Darleen Lebsock Owen. She grew up in Rice Lake WI and graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1963. As a young woman Karen attended beautician school in Eau Claire WI and later began working as a hairdresser at various salons around the area. During this time she was married to Donald Buzz Callaway and together they had one son David. They later divorced. In the late 1970s she moved to Clear Lake WI where she owned and operated Silhouette Fashions salon from her home until she retired in 2007. Marion Nora Eldredge 91 passed away peacefully on Feb. 11 2026 surrounded by family at her home on Big Blake Lake in Wisconsin. She was born Feb. 5 1935 to Leland and Nora Lyness and raised in Fessenden ND as part of a multigeneration farming family. Marion earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul and completed her internship in dietetics at the University of Minnesota. In 1958 she married Charles Eldredge. They made their home in St. Paul where they raised six children. Marion worked as a dietetic consultant and nurtured lifelong friendships in their closeknit neighborhood. Following her fathers passing in 1974 the family moved to Fessenden to assume operation of the family farm. Judy Gayle (Matz) Hagert, age 81, of Lindstrom, Minnesota, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at her home in Lindstrom.Judy was born on April 12, 1944 to William and Irene (Fenton) Matz in Frederic, Wisconsin. She attended Frederic High School and graduated class of 1962. Judy married John Hagert from Siren, Wisconsin on February 16, 1963. To this union they had two daughters, Lizabeth and Lana and two granddaughters, Hannah and Grace whom she totally adored and was proud of.Judy worked a few part time jobs from working in a dental office to 20 years with US Bank. She retired when John retired in 2005. After retirement, Judy and John started spending their winters in Bullhead City, Arizona.
