Tamara L. "Tammy" Nick, age 53, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, February 8, 2026, after a courageous battle with acute myeloid leukemia. She was born on January 27, 1973, in Tomahawk, Wisconsin to Thomas and Margaret (Kozak) Davis. Most recently, she was a cherished teacher at Warrens Elementary School, a role she fulfilled with great passion, helping to shape the young minds of countless children with her innate ability to nurture and inspire.A woman of deep faith, Tammy was an active member of Queen of the Apostles Parish in Tomah. Her spirit of service and devotion was a testament to her faith-filled life. DeeAnn P. McArdle, age 73, of Tomahawk, WI, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Seasons of Life Hospice House in Woodruff, WI. DeeAnn was born on January 24, 1953, in Minneapolis, MN, to the late Alphonse and Aloise (Knutson) Cielinski. She was married to Kevin McArdle, on February 12, 1989; he survives.DeeAnn lived and worked in the Twin Cities for many years where she built a meaningful and impactful professional life before relocating to Tomahawk over four years ago. A registered nurse by training, DeeAnn specialized in pediatric diabetes care. She created and delivered comprehensive training at the International Diabetes Center, supporting patients and families with expertise and empathy. Her professional career also included leadership in the business world, serving as Regional Sales Manager at Beringer Manheim.
