Charrlee Phyllis Thom was born on March 9, 1943, and passed away on February 7, 2026, surrounded by love. She was the beloved daughter of Charles and Eunice Bright.She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Emmettte; her sister, Joanna Harris; and her sister and brother-in-law, George and LeVerne “Ginger” Horrell.Charrlee is survived by her loving children, Cherri, Sharron, and John (Skip) , who were the heart of her life. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Michael, KC, Nicole, Andrew, Charlie, Sarah, and Jason, as well as great-grandchildren whom she deeply loved and adored. She is also survived by multiple nieces and nephews who will remember her with love.After her children were grown and in high school, Charrlee dedicated herself to caring for others. Even though through the years her health should have slowed her down, Lord knows there was never a day that her spunk didn’t show. Wanda Darlene Bull was born on March 13, 1934, in Norton, Kansas, to Floyd and Anna Bull. She was the youngest of six children, with four brothers (Elmer, Kenneth, Charles, and Jack) and one sister (Doris).When Wanda was just three months old, her family moved to Milton-Freewater, Oregon, where she was raised, attended school, and later graduated. Following graduation, she attended St. Mary’s School of Nursing. During a training rotation at American Lake, she met Tom Brittain, who was stationed at Fort Lewis. After three dates, they were married in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Shortly thereafter, Tom was deployed to Korea.When Tom returned home, he enrolled at Oregon Technical Institute in Klamath Falls, Oregon. During that time, their daughter, Shelly, was born. After Tom graduated from OTI, the family returned to Milton-Freewater, where their son, Mark, was born.A short time later, Tom and Wanda moved to Pasco, Washington, where they both…
