He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years Diane W. Kaestner his daughter Courtney KaestnerBaltz Corey three grandchildren Adam Baltz Alex Kaestner and Dylan Baltz his nephews Sam and Mike Kaestner and many other relatives friends and fellow chimney sweeps all over the world. Frank proudly served his country in the US Air Force. He was the owner of Neat Sweep Chimney Sweeps and Containers for over 50 years. He trained chimney sweeps all over the world. He was a proud pilot and owned several planes until his medical problems prevented him from flying anymore. He enjoyed swimming in his backyard pool as well as in the ocean. He loved to travel.
