Graveside services for Linda Sue Wallace 91 of Timpson will be held at 1000 AM on Friday February 13 2026 at Woodlawn Cemetery. Linda passed away on Monday February 9 2026 in Timpson TX. She was born on January 17 1935 in Logansport LA. Linda was born in Logansport Louisiana to Vernon and Reta Moore Wallace. She was raised in the Timpson area and graduated as Valedictorian from Timpson High School in 1953. As a young girl she became very interested in music which awarded her a band scholarship to attend Stephen F. Austin State University. She also went to Lon Morris College. Linda spent many years teaching for Austin ISD before she returned to East Texas. Linda was a devoted member of First United Methodist Church where she served as secretary for many years. Her family was a wonderful part of her life and she cherished them very much.…
