Marsha Marie Veltman Ackermann of San Antonio Texas passed away peacefully on January 21 2026 at the age of 75. She was born on March 9 1950 in Chardon Ohio to Joseph Henry Veltman and Mary Jean Woodard Veltman who preceded her in death. Marsha lived a life defined by devotion to her family her students and the many passions that brought her joy. She will be remembered for her warmth generosity and the quiet strength with which she cared for those around her. Marsha is survived by her beloved husband of nearly 50 years Robert Douglas Ackermann of San Antonio. Together they built a life rooted in love partnership and mutual support.
