Funeral services for Ms. Patricia Gail Gore age 64 of Livingston Tennessee will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday February 16 2026 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday from 12 p.m. until time of services. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery. Brother Kenny Westmoreland will officiate. Patricia passed away in her home on Monday February 9 2026. She was born on June 13 1961 in Livingston Tennessee. Patricia was the daughter of the late Albert Clyde Watkins and Ruby Cantrell Watkins. She grew up surrounded by a large family and was the youngest of twelve children. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers Earl Watkins Billy Ray Watkins Jack Watkins and Rick Watkins and sisters Mary Jo Dailey Johnnie Holman and Brenda Dailey. Jackie Bilbrey age 83 of Crossville Tennessee passed away peacefully at his residence on February 9 2026. Graveside services for Mr. Bilbrey will be held on Saturday February 14 at 1000 a.m. at Harris Chapel Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the Overton County Honor Guard. Bro. Ricky Dixon will officiate. Jackie was born on October 31 1942 in Livingston Tennessee to the late Orman and Nora Bilbrey. In his later years he joined the National Guard where he proudly served his country. Jackie was a hardworking man who loved to work on anything he could. He enjoyed the outdoors and was known for working tirelessly throughout his life. Jackie devoted himself to caring for his beloved wife of 58 years Velma Jean Bilbrey whom he faithfully cared for until her passing in November of last year.
