Martha Ann Rhoads-King, age 76 of Decatur, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born in Winchester on November 16, 1949, to the late Harvey Delmar and Ollie Lee (Tant) Cossey. Martha Ann was a dedicated homemaker and enjoyed tending to her garden. When she was able, she would go to yard sales and thrift stores and could often be found watching the Andy Griffith show on television. A devoted Christian, she attended The Lighthouse Church and loved the time spent there in worship. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Danny Rhoads and Emmitt King; siblings, Wayne Cossey, Lottie Quick, Ulysses Cossey, June Massengill, Gladys Wiseman, Grady Cossey, and infant Cossey; son, Michael Rhoads; and great-grandchild, Kalani Peace.
