Janet Marie Schoenhals 77 of Reynoldsville PA passed away on Friday February 13 2026 at her home. Janet was a loving mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her children and many grand and greatgrandchildren. She was passionate about giving rescue dogs a good home having taken in many in her lifetime. Janet retired after many years from DuBois Regional Medical Center having worked in the housekeeping and Central Processing departments. She enjoyed going to yard sales and loved going to bingo. William "Bill" Mccracken
Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania
This past Sunday morning Feb. 82026 William "Bill" McCracken passed away at his sons home in Abilene Texas. Born on October 27 1924 he lived 101 years plus. The youngest child of John Purl McCracken and Martha Jordan McCracken all of his siblings preceded him in death so he was the last of his generation. He leaves behind his wife Vada three children Ron McCracken David McCracken and Cheryl Putro. Also 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and numerous cousins nieces and nephews. Bill had varied career in 1943 he was drafted into the United States Army Air Corp. This training prepared him for his future life working for Brookville Equipment as a mechanic and then as a shop foreman. In retirement Bill spent his time passing on his skills substitute teaching at both the Jefferson County Vocational School and Clarion County Career Center. Bill had a passion for history…
