Georgia M. Cherry 93 of Butler passed away in the presence of her loving family on Thursday Feb. 12 2026. She enjoyed gardening cooking and family gatherings. She especially liked to play cards and she participated in her neighborhood card club for more than 40 years. Georgia is survived by three daughters Vicki Hinterberger and her husband Dr. Steven Hinterberger of Butler Valerie Boyer of Butler and Michele Diamond and her husband John Diamond of Ashtabula Ohio eight grandchildren seven greatgrandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Victor A. Cherry whom she married Sept. 11 1954 and who passed away Sept. 7 2022 one daughter Lisa Lynn Staruch who passed away April 1 1998 two brothers and one sister.
