Toni Lynne Mutchler 84 a resident of the Hillsboro community passed away on January 29 2026 at Cornell Estates. Toni was born in Grand Rapids MI on August 7 1941. She was the third of five children born to Harold and Beatrice Brisbin Allen. Toni was raised in Michigan and graduated from Sparta high school with the class of 1959. After high school Toni attended Western Michigan University for one semester followed by Grand Rapids Community College while she worked part time. Toni married in 1961 and had four sons Scott Todd Wade and Chad. Toni was a stay at home mom until 1976. In 1976 Toni moved to California where she began working full time until her retirement from Northrop in 2011. She moved to Oregon in 2022 to be closer to her family.
