Mary Glen Silver age 95 of Burnsville North Carolina went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday February 11 2026 at Smoky Ridge Health Rehabilitation in Burnsville NC. Born on October 16 1930 in Yancey County she was the daughter of the late Theodore Riddle and Pansy Ray Riddle. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 67 years Welzie Brook Silver brothers Vincent Riddle Lee Riddle and Sam Riddle sisters Ila Marie McMahan and Virginia Bill Riddle a grandson Tracy Silver soninlaw Richard Tipton and daughterinlaw Nancy Silver. A lifelong resident of Burnsville Mary Glen was a devoted wife mother grandmother greatgrandmother and faithful servant of her Lord. Mary was a woman of quiet strength and unwavering faith. A devoted member of Low Gap Free Will Baptist Church she loved gospel music and old hymns that spoke to her heart.…
