Born on January 14 1955 in Syracuse New York he was the beloved son of Paul Bud and Shirley Cinqmars. He grew up in Eastwood and spent his summers in Constantia where he met the love of his life. Gary built his life centered on hard work loyalty and a deep love for his entire family. Gary was a devoted husband to Sharel Cinqmars for 51 years. Together they built a life full of memories laughter and unwavering partnership. He was a proud and loving father to Brian Cinqmars and Bridget Nicholas Grosso and nothing meant more to him than his family. At an early age she came to Clay NY where she attended Liverpool High School excelling as an athlete in multiple sports. In 1983 she was united in marriage to John S. Parker a blessed union of 42 years. Patricia worked for Infitec Inc. in Syracuse as an electronics assembler and supervisor before her retirement. Patricia was a sports enthusiast throughout her life. She was an avid NY Giants SU and NASCAR fan. She loved spending time with family and friends. Born on July 4 1959 in Syracuse New York Jerrys life began on a day that celebrates independence and light fitting for a man whose gentle strength and quiet presence left a lasting glow on everyone he met. After completing his education Jerry began what would become a remarkable 42year career at Lockheed Martin where many lifelong relationships were formed. David R. Low 80 of Baldwinsville NY passed away unexpectedly this past Monday at Upstate University Hospital. He was born and raised in Buffalo son of the late Reed and Estelle Roth Low. In 1965 David enlisted in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War assigned with the Air Antisubmarine Squadron 27. After serving his country he previously resided in Albany NY and Texas before settling in Syracuse NY. On April 9 1994 he was united in marriage to the former Joan M. Watson. David worked in the family business as a sales representative for Syracuse Safety Lites in Syracuse. He was an avid Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan and also enjoyed watching the Syracuse Chiefs and Crunch. Most of all David loved spending summers at Ontario Shores in Pulaski NY on Lake Ontario.
