Bob was born on January 12 1935 in Blossburg PA to Carolyn and Dale Heeter. Later he moved to Apalachin NY. He attended and graduated from Owego Free Academy in 1952. After he served our country in the United States Air Force from 1952 to 1960. On Valentines Day 1959 he married the love of his life Janice Babcock Heeter. Together they built a beautiful family. He worked for IBM for over 35 years. He was an avid golfer and he even recorded a holeinone at Hole 12 at Apalachin Golf Course when he was 79 years old. He loved the New York Yankees the New York Giants and Dale Earnhardt. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years Janice his sister Shirley Bob Metera his sisterinlaw Mary Roger Lowe his children Rick Tina Barton John D.
