Dorothy Belinda Ashmore 71 of Mendenhall passed away February 9 2026. She was born January 15 1955 to Roy Runnels and Dorothy Runnels. Belinda married Jimmy Lewis Ashmore on April 7 1972 and together they had two sons Jimmy Ashmore Jr. and Dustin Ashmore. She is preceded in death by her husband of fifty years son Dustin parents brothers Dewey George Runnels Jimmy Runnels Bobby Runnels Gary Runnels and sister Cathy Runnels. She is survived by her son Jimmy Ashmore Jr. granddaughter Faith Leigh Ashmore Cole Carney grandson Dustin Ashmore greatgrandchildren Fisher Sharp and Beau Carney. Brother Tommy Runnels and sister Shelia Waldrup. A host of nieces nephews and friends.

William Alden Wiley aged 37 of Taylorsville MS passed away on Wednesday February 11 2026 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson MS. Born on December 19 1988 in Hattiesburg MS William was known for his love of hunting fishing and camping and cherished the time spent with his friends. He is survived by his loving mother Kim Bond Sullivan and her husband Robert his brother Lane Wiley his stepbrother Zach Sullivan and his wife Lindsay his stepsister Lora Clifton and her husband Bryan and his grandmother Jan Y. Bond. William was preceded in death by his father Jimmy Lane Wiley his grandfathers Gary L. Wiley Sr. and Glenn E. Bond and his grandmother Teresa Peewee Wiley.
