Howard Frank Webb age 61 passed away on February 9 2026 at his home in Lucedale. Howard was born on December 22 1964 to Barlin E. and Helen Grothhaus Webb Sr. He lived a life defined by kindness generosity and a quiet strength that touched everyone who knew him. He loved to spend time fishing. Howard was truly the kindest man you could ever meetalways willing to help others and give more than was ever expected of him.
