While we mourn his physical absence we give thanks to God for the life he lived and the example he set. We find comfort in knowing that he has completed his earthly journey and now rests in eternal peace. Saincillien was born on March 29 1933 in Milot Haiti to Sylvert Agenor and Carmelia Tanis. From an early age he was grounded in strong values discipline and faithprinciples that guided him throughout his life and shaped the man he became. He lived a beautiful life marked by hard work integrity and devotion to God. Throughout his life Mario built a career rooted in service and dedication.
