Phyllis Elaine Schipper age 69 of Waverly Iowa was born the daughter of George Delos and Jeanette Ann Eckhoff Schipper on November 6 1956 in Waterloo Iowa. She was baptized as an infant at the First Reformed Church in Aplington. Phyllis graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1975. After graduation Phyllis made her home in Waterloo and worked at Goodwill. She later moved to Waverly where she enjoyed helping at Trinkets and Togs in Waverly. Phyllis enjoyed listening to music that often made her feel good going shopping and eating at Pizza Ranch. She enjoyed spending time with her friends Norma and Becky. She looked forward to the special meals at the holidays the Methodist Church hosted. Phyllis especially enjoyed spending time with her sister Verlene and family who were all very important to her. Phyllis passed away on Tuesday February 10 2026 at the Waverly Place in Waverly Iowa…
