Carla was born on January 31 1948 in Klamath Falls Oregon and was a longtime resident of Flagstaff Arizona. Wife mom grandma great Mooma and greatestgranny She had a gentle spirit a strong heart and hands that were always creating something beautiful especially through her crocheting which she poured love into stitch by stitch. Many of us will forever treasure the blankets gifts and handmade pieces she created each one a reminder of her patience care and creativity. Carla loved traveling with Ray and making memories side by side throughout their 36 years together. She also enjoyed golfing fishing playing card games especially cribbage and dates at the casino. William "Red" Lee Phillips

Raised on a bustling family farm alongside his seven siblingsfour boys and four girlsRed learned the values of hard work loyalty and compassion from a young age. In 1943 the Phillips family made their way west to Yuma Arizona a move that would shape Reds future in significant ways. It was in Yuma that Red discovered his love for football proudly suiting up for the Yuma Criminals high school team. His dedication and talent on the field earned him AllAmerican honors and his lettermans sweater was displayed for years at the Yuma Territorial Prison State Historical Parka testament to his athletic prowess and the pride he brought to his hometown.
