A Cincinatti Ohio native Mr. Kamphaus was born on August 6 1960 the son of Donald Ralph Kamphaus Sr. and Kathleen Porter Kamphaus. He was Christian by faith and worked as an assistant manager in the maintenance department at Kia. Mr. Kamphaus loved getting his family together anytime he could and they were the most important thing to him. He was a hard worker loved music and hated silence and loved all kinds of sports especially NASCAR and the Cincinnatti Bengals. Funeral services for Billy Wayne Bennett age 87 of Roanoke will be held on Friday January 23 2026 at 300 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Bill Calhoun and Bro. Mike Brewer officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 130300 PM on Friday before services begin. Survivors include his wife Joan Laws Bennett three daughters Nancy Tobin Wayne Kimberly Thomas and Katie Taylor Kody one son Alex Bennett two grandchildren Billy W.
