Funeral services will be held Tuesday February 17 2026 at 11A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Housh Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1011 A.M. at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife Debbie Palmer daughter Sarah L. Palmer stepdaughter Rachel Chaney and sister Linda Winters.
