Beloved wife, loving mother, devoted grandmother, great-grandmother and cherished sister, Sue Wyatt, age 79, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017 in Marshall, Texas. She was born in Marshall on January 3, 1938, the daughter of G.E. and Lela Mae Oney. On January 2, 1957, Sue married the love of her life, Robert L. Wyatt. Robert preceded Sue in death in 2001. She is also preceded in death by her parents, G.E. and Lela Mae Oney and her brother, Ronnie Oney. She is survived by her children, Tammy Lee and husband, Tracy; Tim Wyatt; and Tony Wyatt and his wife, Libby; her grandchildren, Ryan Lee, Allison Lee, Travis Wyatt and his wife, DeAnn, Darbi Wyatt and Drake Wyatt; her great-grandchildren, Cheyene Wyatt, Dalis Wyatt, Zane Childs, Zoey Childs and Blade Lenz; her sisters and brother, G.R. Oney, Leigh Ann Brannan and Mitzie Davis; her brother-in-law, Don Wyatt and his wife, Liz and numerous other family members and friends who knew and loved her. She attended Summit United Methodist Church and loved the Lord. Sue’s passion in life was her grandchildren and she was affectionately known as “Gran” and “Gran-Gran” by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she adored. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Visitation will be held at Meadowbrook Funeral Home on Friday, May 19, 2017 from 6-8pm. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 2:00pm at Algoma North Cemetery with Pastor Michael Richard officiating.
