This continued for many years until 1997. Then he retired to do some other hobbies and businesses. The last being the wood shop in the garage building writing instruments that are now on display at the Weisman Center here in Marshall. The most compelling thing that happened in his life was when he made a profession of faith to follow Christ and he made that his mission to tell everyone he knew in Doctor’s offices and hospitals since that was where he spent a lot of his time during the last few years.
